加味二仙汤联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床研究

Clinical Study of Modified Erxian Decoction Combined with Alendronate for Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Patients

目的:观察加味二仙汤联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的效果。方法:收集2016年2月至2017年2月入院的200例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予阿仑膦酸钠,观察组患者则加用加味二仙汤,比较两组患者中医症状评分、总体治疗效果、骨密度值与疾病相关参数。结果:观察组患者治疗后各维度中医症状评分、症状总分、T、IL-6、PINP、β-CTX、TG、TC与LDL-C水平组间比较显著性低于对照组;总有效率、L1~4、股骨粗隆、股骨颈、股骨大转子、WARDS三角区BMD、E2、Fetuin-A、MGP与HDL-C水平均显著性高于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0. 01)。结论:加味二仙汤联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者的效果显著,具有借鉴意义。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Modified Erxian Decoction combined with alendronate for postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods： 200 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis admitted from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The controlled group was given alendronate sodium,the observation group was treated with Modified Erxian Decoction,TCM symptom scores,overall treatment effect,bone mineral density and disease-related parameters were compared between the two groups. Results： The TCM symptom score,symptom score,T,IL-6,PINP,β-CTX,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group after treatment; The levels of BMD,E2,Fetuin-A,MGP and HDL-C in L1-4,femoral trochanter,femoral neck,femoral greater trochanter and WARDS triangle were significantly higher than those in the controlled group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Modifed Erxian Decoction combined with alendronate for treating patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis has significant effect,with reference.
