滋肾四物汤结合耳穴贴压法治疗月经过少临床效果及安全性评估

Clinical Effect and Safety Assessment of Using Zishen Siwu Decoction Combined with Auricular Plaster Therapy in the Treatment of Few Menstruation

目的:观察滋肾四物汤结合耳穴贴压法治疗月经过少临床效果及安全性。方法:选取我院2016年7月~2018年1月收治的94例月经过少患者作为研究对象,采取随机双盲法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者(47例)雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗,观察组患者(47例)则给予滋肾四物汤结合耳穴贴压法治疗,对比两组患者疗效、治疗前后症状积分、月经量评分、性激素水平及两组患者治疗不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(95. 74%)显著高于对照组(82. 98%),P<0. 05;治疗前两组患者症状积分、月经量积分相当(P>0. 05),治疗后各组患者分值均改善,观察组患者积分改善优于对照组,P<0. 01;治疗前两组患者卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)性激素水平相当,治疗后两组患者FSH、LH均为见明显变化,p均>0. 05,两组患者治疗后E2水平均改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组,P<0. 01;观察组治疗不良反应率为2. 13%,低于对照组14. 89%,P<0. 05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:滋肾四物汤结合耳穴贴压法治疗月经过少疗效佳,患者症状改善,月经量增多,性激素水平改善,不良反应少,安全性高,可推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect and safety of the treatment with Zishen Siwu Decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy. Methods： Selected from July 2016 to January 2018,94 cases of month after fewer patients as the research object,took the randomized double blind method divided into observation group and controlled group,the controlled group patients（ n = 47） female progestogen sequential therapy,the observation group of patients（ 47） was given Zishen Siwu Decoction combined with auricular application pressure treatment,the curative effect,compared the two groups of patients before and after treatment symptoms integral,menstrual quantity grade and sex hormone levels and adverse reaction of the two groups of patients.Results： The total effective rate（ 95. 74%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group（ 82. 98%）,P〈0. 05; In the two groups before treatment,the symptom score and the amount of menstrual flow were comparable（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of patients in each group improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the controlled group,P〈0. 01; The two groups of patients before treatment ovarian follicles produce hormone（ FSH）,luteinizing hormone（ LH） was generated,estradiol（ E2） of sex hormone level,the two groups of patients after treatment to see significant changes,FSH,LH,P〉0. 05）,E2 levels after treatment in both groups were improved,improved observation group was better than that of the controlled group,P〈0. 01; The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was2. 13%,which was lower than the controlled group of 14. 89%,P〈0. 05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： In the treatment month,the treatment of Zishen Siwu Decoction combined with auricular sticking method is better,with better symptoms,more menstrual flow,better sex hormone level,less adverse reactions,high safety,and can be widely used.
