摘要
针对环偶极子现象在太赫兹波段的电磁特性,借助CST Microwave Studio软件进行模型设计与仿真。设计了基于C型环结构的太赫兹环偶极子超材料,研究C型环的半径尺寸和开口角度对环偶极子超材料表面电流、谐振点频率、透射率幅值及Q值的影响。研究发现:随着C型环半径尺寸及开口角度的增大,谐振频率分别出现红移与蓝移的现象。该模型为设计太赫兹波段的环偶极子提供了一种新方案,为设计偏振器、旋光计等太赫兹功能器件提供了参考。
In order to investigate the electromagnetic characteristics of the toroidal dipole phenomenon in the terahertz band, model design and simulation were carried out with the CST MICROWAVE STUDIO software. Terahertz toroidal dipole metamaterial based on C-type rings structure is designed. The effect of the radius size and opening angle of the C-type rings on the surface current, resonant frequency ,transmission amplitude and Q value of the toroidal dipole metamaterial is investigated. It is found that the red shift and blue shift occur respectively with the increase of the ra- dius size and opening angle of the C-type rings. This research provides a new scheme for designing terahertz band loop dipoles and can be used as a reference to design terahertz functional devices such as polarizers and polarimeters.
