摘要 《教师教育课程标准(试行)》强调了教师教育课程的实践取向。文章通过解析我国高等师范院校特殊教育专业本科生实践能力培养过程中存在的突出问题:教学实践课程课时不足,形式单一,实践课程与理论课程脱节,实践环节缺乏反思与创新等,提出"以生为本"的教师培养发展的实践之路:走常态化的实践之路,在实践中积累经验;走反思性的实践之路,在实践中学会研究;走关注未来教师成长的实践之路,在实践中树立信念;走专业化发展的实践之路,在实践中提升智慧。 The Teacher Education Curriculum Standard(interim) states clearly the basic concept of practice-oriented in teacher education curriculum. This article analyzed the problem in the cultivation of practical ability for students of special education in higher normal universities: the teaching practice course is short and simple,disconnected from the theory course and lack of reflection and innovation. So the article suggested the practice course should adhere to the student-oriented teaching principle:go the way of normalized practice to accumulate experience; go the way of reflective practice to learn to research; go the way of focusing on the growth of future teachers to set up the belief; go the way of focusing on the professional development of future teachers to improve practical wisdom.
