心电图在高血压左心室肥厚与肥厚型心肌病中的鉴别诊断

Diagnostic Value of Electrocardiogram in Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

目的分析心电图在高血压左心室肥厚和心尖肥厚型心肌疾病中的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择2017年5月—2018年5月在我院进行就诊的高血压左心室肥厚患者60例作为A组,选同期心尖肥厚型心肌病患者60例作为B组,对两组检查结果进行对比。结果 B组患者ST段压低为(0.15±0.02)mv,A组患者ST段压低为(0.06±0.01)mv,B组患者ST段压低情况高于A组,两组之间数据差异具有统计学意义(t=31.18,P<0.05)。在巨大倒置T波发生情况方面观察,B组发生率90.0%亦高于A组的3.3%,P<0.05。结论高血压左心室肥厚和心尖肥厚型心肌疾病鉴别诊断中,采取心电图检查,通过ST段压低与巨大倒置T波发生率情况,能够有效判断患者心肌性病症,提高诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram in patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac hypertrophy. Methods 60 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as group A and 60 patients with cardiopulmonary hypertrophy were selected as group B to compare the results of the two groups. Results The pressure of ST segment in group B was（0.15±0.02）MV, the pressure of ST segment in group A was（0.06±0.01）MV, and the pressure of ST segment in group B was higher than that of group A. The difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant（T =31.18, P〈0.05）. In terms of the occurrence of huge inverted T waves, the incidence rate of 90.0% in group B was alsohigher than 3.3% in group A, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and hypertrophy cardiomyopathy, electrocardiogram examination was used to determine the incidence of cardiomyopathy and improve the diagnostic value of patients with cardiomyopathy.
