经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效观察

Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of Prostate for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效与安全性。方法以2015年1月—2018年1月我院泌尿外科150例前列腺增生患者为研究对象,全部患者均以经尿道等离子电切除进行治疗,观察患者基本治疗指标,评价疗效,统计并发症及复发率。结果患者手术成功率100.00%,治疗有效率98.67%(148/150),并发症发生率合计6.67%,后经对症治疗及干预,症状缓解和消失。术后随访,3例患者前列腺增生复发,复发率2.0%。结论经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生效果确切、安全可靠,复发率低。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of transurethral plasma resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 150 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in the study. All patients were treated with transurethral plasma resection. The basic therapeutic indicators were observed, the efficacy was evaluated, and statistical complications and recurrence rate were observed. Results The success rate of patients was 100.00%, the effective rate（148/150） was 98.67%, and the complication rate was 6. 6 7 %. After symptomatic treatment and intervention, the symptoms relieved and disappeared. After followup, recurrence of BPH occurred in 3 patients and the recurrence rate was 2.0%. Conclusion Transurethral plasma resection is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with low recurrence rate.
