石蜡油联合乳果糖口服治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效

Effect of Paraffin Oil Combined With Lactulose on Elderly Patients With Functional Constipation

目的探究石蜡油联合乳果糖口服治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效。方法选取2016年4月1日—2018年4月1日在本院脾胃病科进行功能性便秘治疗的100例老年患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分成两组:对照组患者给予单一乳果糖口服治疗,观察组患者采用石蜡油联合乳果糖口服治疗,对比分析两组患者的疗效和安全性。结果两组中,观察组(98.00%)的治疗总有效率优于对照组(88.00%),两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论石蜡油联合乳果糖口服治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效显著。

Objective To explore the efficacy of paraffin oil combined with lactulose in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients treated with functional constipation in gastroenterology department from April 1, 2016 to April 1, 2018 were selected as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： patients in the control group were given oral lactulose monotherapy; patients in the observation group were treated with paraffin oil and lactulose orally, and the efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients were compared. Results In the two groups, the total effective rate of treatment in the observer group（98.00%） was significantly better than that in the control group（88.00%）. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions occurred. There was no statistical difference between the rates（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of paraffin oil combined with lactulose on elderly patients with functional constipation is significant.
