妊娠期亚临床甲减的临床分析及甲状腺激素替代治疗的效果

Clinical Analysis of Subclinical Hypothyroidism in Pregnancy and the Effect of Thyroid Hormone Replacement Therapy

目的探讨妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床分析及甲状腺激素替代治疗的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月本院妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者80例随机分为两组,各40例,对照组采用常规入院治疗,观察组采取甲状腺激素替代治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的各项指标(TC、TG、LDL、HDL)以及甲状腺功能的各项指标(TSH、FT3、FT4)均比对照组好,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论甲状腺激素替代治疗妊娠期亚临床甲减,可以增强治疗的效果,帮助患者改善甲状腺素的水平,效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical analysis of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy and the effect of thyroid hormone replacement therapy. Methods 80 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism during the pregnancy period from January 2017 to January 2018 were discussed, and all the patients were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each group, of which the control group was treated with routine admission, and the observation group was treated with thyroid hormone replacement therapy, and the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The indexes of the patients in the observation group（TC, TG, LDL, HDL） and the indexes of thyroid function（TSH, FT3, FT4） were better than those of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy, thyroid hormone replacement therapy can enhance the effect of treatment, help the patients relieve symptoms and improve the level of thyroxine.
