某精神专科医院营养性药品PDCA管理实践

PDCA Management Practice of Nutritional Drugs in a Psychiatric Hospital

目的加强营养性药品临床应用管理,制定适宜管理方法和改进措施,减少不合理医嘱。方法 2016年10月—2017年3月实行PDCA管理前的营养性药品医嘱设置为对照组,2017年4—9月实施PDCA管理后的营养性药品医嘱作为观察组,分别对两组营养性药品不合理医嘱进行统计与分析,比较实施PDCA管理前后营养性药品不合理医嘱数据差异情况。结果实施PDCA管理前营养性药品医嘱不合理使用率为9.11%,实施后降低为1.84%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=22.552,P<0.001),各类不合理医嘱数量均出现下降。结论 PDCA循环管理可降低营养性药品不合理使用率,使营养性药品管理制度化、规范化,有效促进临床合理用药。

Objective To strengthen the management of clinical application of nutritional drugs, to formulate appropriate management methods and measures to reduce irrational medical advice. Methods The irrational medical advice of nutritional drugs before PDCA management from October 2016 to March 2017 was set as the control group, and after the implementation of PDCA management during the period from April 2017 to Septmeber 2017, the nutritional drug orders were taken as the observation group, the medical orders were counted and analyzed for irrational medical advice of two groups of nutritional drugs, and the difference of the irrational medical advicedata of the nutritional drugs before and after the PDCA management was compared. Results The unreasonable utilization rate of nutritional drug orders was 9.11% before the implementation of PDCA, and decreased to 1.84% after implementation, and the difference was statistical significance（χ^2=22.552, P〈0.001）. The number of all kinds of irrational medical advice decreased obviously. Conclusion PDCA circulation management can significantly reduce the irrational use of nutritional drugs, standardize the management of nutritional drugs, and effectively promote rational use of drugs in clinic.
