摘要
目的探究夏枯草颗粒在桥本甲状腺炎相关神经系统损害患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年10月的46例桥本甲状腺炎相关神经系统损害患者为研究对象,所有患者随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)23例和观察组(常规治疗加夏枯草颗粒组)23例。比较两组患者的临床疗效与治疗前后的抗甲状腺微粒体抗体、Th1类细胞因子。结果治疗后观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,抗甲状腺微粒体抗体及Th1类细胞因子均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论夏枯草颗粒在桥本甲状腺炎相关神经系统损害患者中的应用效果较好,对疾病的免疫损伤控制效果较好。
Objective To investigate the application effect of prunellae spica granules in the patients with hashimoto＇s thyroiditis related nervous system damage. Methods 46 patients with hashimoto＇s thyroiditis related nervous system damage from March 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the study object, and all the patients were randomly divided into 23 cases of control group（routine treatment group） and 23 cases of observation group（routine treatment and prunellae spica granules group）. Then the clinical effect, anti-thyroid microsomal antibody and Th1 cytokines before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect of observation group after the treatment was better than that of control group, the anti-thyroid microsomal antibody and Th1 cytokines were all lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of prunellae spica granules in the patients with hashimoto＇s thyroiditis related nervous system damage is better, and its control effect for the immune injury is better.
