中药熏洗坐浴治疗幼女外阴阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Vulvovaginitis Treated With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Bath

目的探究中药熏洗坐浴治疗幼女外阴阴道炎的临床效果。方法在我院2016年1月—2018年3月收治的患者中随机抽取120例幼女外阴阴道炎患者,根据治疗方法平均分为A组、B组和C组,A组采用聚维酮碘溶液进行坐浴治疗,B组采用导管低压冲洗治疗,C组采用中药熏洗坐浴治疗。对比分析三组患者治疗的临床有效率和复发率。结果 C组有效率(95.00%)高于A组(70.00%)和B组(75.00%),其复发率(7.50%)则小于A组(30.00%)和B组(27.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗坐浴在幼女外阴阴道炎治疗中效果显著,且复发率较低,有利于提高患者的免疫力。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine fumigation bath on the treatment of female vulvovaginitis. Methods 120 patients with vulvovaginitis were selected randomly from January 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital. They were average divided into group A, group B and group C. Group A was treated with povidone iodine solution and sitz bath treatment, group B was treated with catheter low pressure irrigation, and group C was treated with herbal fumigation and sitz bath. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the three groups of patients were analyzed and compared. ResultsThe effective rate in group C（95.00%） was significantly higher than that in group A（70.00%） and group B（75.00%）. The recurrence rate（7.50%） was lower in group C than in group A（30.00%） and group B（27.50%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation bath is effective in the treatment of vulvovaginitis in young girls, and the recurrence rate is low, which is beneficial to improve the patient＇s immunity.
