初乳口腔免疫疗法对早产儿经口喂养的效果分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Colostrum on Oral Feeding of Premature Infants

目的探讨初乳口腔免疫疗法对早产儿经口喂养的临床价值。方法选取2017年6月—2018年5月在本院新生儿室进行治疗的早产儿40例展开研究,随机抽取20例作为研究组,采用初乳口腔免疫疗法给予治疗;另20例采用传统口腔护理治疗。观察对比两组患儿经一定周期的治疗后,喂养并发症发生率以及家属护理满意情况。结果经护理治疗,治疗组患儿共有1例出现喂养并发症,发生率为5.0%;对照组患儿共7例出现喂养并发症,发生率为35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度调查,治疗组患儿家属总满意率90.0%;对照组患儿家属总满意率60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于早产儿的经口喂养护理,初乳口腔免疫疗法能更加有效的防止喂养并发症的发生,更好的提升家属对护理工作的总体满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of colostrum oral immunotherapy for oral feeding in premature infants. Methods A total of 40 premature infants who were treated in the neonatal room of our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled. 20 patients were randomly selected as the study group and treated with colostrum oral immunotherapy. The other 20 patients were treated with traditional oral cavity. Nursing treatment. The incidence of complication and the satisfaction of family care were observed and compared between the two groups after a certain period of treatment. Results After nursing treatment, there were 1 case of feeding complications in the treatment group, the incidence rate was 5.0%; 7 cases of control group had feeding complications, the incidence rate was 35.0%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the nursing satisfaction survey, the total satisfaction rate of the family members of the treatment group was 90.0%; the total satisfaction rate of the family members of the control group was 60.0%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For oral feeding of premature infants, colostrum oral immunotherapy can prevent feeding complications more effectively and improve the overall satisfaction of family members in nursing work.
