摘要
目的研究集束化护理对肾移植术患者围术期并发症发生率及生活质量所具有的护理效果及影响。方法纳入2016年1月—2018年6月本院收治的70例肾移植术患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各35例,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受集束化护理,并对两组患者的护理满意度、并发症及生活质量(QOL-RT)进行调查、分析。结果研究组患者护理满意度及QOL均优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P <0.05。结论集束化护理在肾移植术患者围术期具有较好的护理作用。
Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing on the incidence of perioperative complications and quality of life of renal transplantation patients. Methods 70 cases of renal transplantation patients from January 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the study group received cluster nursing, and nursing satisfaction, complications and QOL（quality of life） of the two groups were investigated and analyzed. Results The nursing satisfaction and QOL of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cluster nursing has better nursing effect in perioperative period of renal transplantation patients.
