人工髋关节置换术后应用快速康复护理路径的临床效果探析

目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后应用快速康复护理路径的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月—2017年12月收治行人工髋关节置换手术的患者100例,随机分为A组和B组,A组患者使用快速康复护理路径,B组患者使用常规护理方法,对两组患者发放调查问卷,分析两组患者的护理满意度。结果两组患者调查问卷的回收率都为100%,A组患者的满意度94.00%,高于B组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者下床时间、住院时间均短于B组患者(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理路径对行髋关节置换术患者效果好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing pathway after hip arthroplasty. Methods 100 cases of artificial hip arthroplasty from January 2012 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into A group and B group. The patients in group A were treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing, and patients in group B were treated with routine nursing, the questionnaires were issued and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate of the two groups was 100%, the satisfaction of the A group was 94.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.00% of in group B（P〈0.05）; and the out of bed time and the hospital time of A group were shorter than those in the B group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing of patients undergoing hip joint replacement and the use of rapid rehabilitation nursing has better nursing effect.
