腹腔镜胆囊手术围手术期的护理探讨

Nursing Study on Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究腹腔镜胆囊手术围手术期的护理方式和效果。方法选取本院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的100例腹腔镜胆囊手术患者分为两组,各50例,分别给予常规护理和围术期护理,对比两组患者的并发症发病率、住院时长、护理满意度。结果围术期护理组患者的并发症发病率更低、住院时长更短、护理满意度更高(P <0.05)。结论围术期护理方式在腹腔镜胆囊手术护理中的应用能够降低患者的并发症发病率,缩短患者的住院时长,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the perioperative nursing mode and effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 100 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group, they were given routine nursing and perioperative nursing respectively. The incidence of complications, length of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Perioperative nursing group had lower incidence of complications, shorter hospitalization time, and higher satisfaction with nursing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of perioperative nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the length of hospitalization and improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction.
