综合护理在经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Transurethral Prostatectomy

目的研究经尿道前列腺电切术患者采用综合护理干预模式的效果及作用。方法选择2016年1月—2017年8月于本院接受经尿道前列腺电切术的患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,每组35例。参照组采用前列腺电切术常规护理模式,实验组行综合护理干预模式,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组前列腺电切临床治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于参照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在经尿道前列腺电切术中具有较好效果。

Objective To study the effect and function of comprehensive nursing intervention model for patients with transurethral electroprostatectomy. Methods From January 2016 to August 2017, 70 patients undergoing transurethral electroprostatectomy in our hospital were selected, they were divided into the experimental group and control group by random number table method, each group of 35 cases. Among them, the reference group adopted the routine nursing mode of transurethral electroprostatectomy, and the experimental group conducted comprehensive nursing intervention mode, and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has good effect in transurethral electroprostatectomy.
