摘要
【目的/意义】探索移动互联网学术搜索用户满意度的关键影响因素,为提升移动互联网学术搜索用户满意度提供参考。【方法/过程】以ACSI和D&M为理论基础,结合学术搜索行为过程构建移动互联网学术搜索用户满意度评价模型,在提出相应研究假设并设计测量量表后,基于472份有效问卷利用AMOS17.0对所构建的模型进行实证分析。【结果/结论】搜索口碑显著影响用户期望,用户期望显著影响感知信息质量,感知信息质量显著影响感知价值,用户期望和感知价值显著影响用户满意度,感知系统质量和感知应用质量对感知价值的影响不显著。
【Purpose/significance】In order to explore the key impact factors of user satisfaction in mobile Internet academic search and provide reference for improving the user satisfaction.【Method/process】With the mobile Internet user behavior analysis of academic search, the paper constructs the evaluation model of mobile Internet academic search user satisfaction based on the ACSI and DM. The research hypothesis is proposed and the measurement scale is designed. Lastly,AMOS17.0 is used to analyze the MSSUS model with the 472 valid questionnaires.【Result/conclusion】Search public evaluation significantly affects user expectations, users' expectations significantly affect perceived information quality, perceived information quality significantly affects on perceived value, user expectations and perceived value significantly affect user satisfaction, perceived system quality and perceived application quality.
