基于时空维度的国内外情感分析研究演化分析

Evolution Study of Sentiment Analysis Based on Bibliometrics of Time and Space Dimensions

【目的/意义】情感分析目的是对用户评论等网络文本信息进行抽取和情感判断,为企业、政府等机构提供决策支持。本文旨在分析情感分析提出至今相关研究的主题演化规律,及图书情报学科进行情感分析的研究特点。【方法/过程】本文基于文献计量学和可视化的方法,系统梳理国内外情感分析研究发文量、学科、主题及研究热点规律,并利用Web of science学科类别分析情感分析在图书情报领域的特点。【结果/结论】本文总结出情感分析研究不仅与社交媒体联系密切,更融合了计算机科学、语言学、文献学等多学科知识。图书情报领域开展情感分析研究有广泛的应用空间和实际需求,目前正处于快速发展时期,研究者应把握这一研究热点。

【Purpose/significance】The purpose of sentiment analysis is to extract and evaluate on the user＇s comments or other online text information, and to gain the user＇s sentiment inclination to provide decision support for enterprises,governments and other institutions. This paper describes the subject evolution law of sentiment analysis, and its research characteristics in information and library science. 【Method/process】The paper systematically summarizes the study of sentiment analysis in domestic and overseas based on the method of bibliometrics and visualization.【Result/conclusion】Combined with the literature reviews and visualization map, this paper summarizes that the sentiment analysis research is not only closely connected with social media, but also combined computer science, linguistics, philology and other multidisciplinary knowledge. As for information and library science, there is a wide range of application and practical needs of sentiment analysis.
