成人硬脑膜下积脓一例保守救治体会

临床资料
患者男，55岁。因发热、干咳7d，右肢体无力1d于2012年6月28日收治福建医科大学附属第二医院。入院前7d出现发热，体温39℃，伴干咳、头昏，当地诊所静滴抗生素（欠详）后仍波动于37～38．6℃之间。4d前于我院行头颅CT（图1）示：脑沟略加宽，未处理。1d前睡醒时感右肢体麻木、无力，言语含糊。
