福建省高等院校美术院系学生自主创业现状分析

A Study on the Self-employment among Students of Fine Arts Department in Fujian Colleges

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等,对福建省10所高等院校美术院系944名学生自主创业情况进行抽样调查。研究表明:高等院校美术院系学生自主创业参与度较高,创业项目范围较为局限,相关项目的工作经验经历较少,缺少相应的知识和能力等。改进创新创业教育方式、不断提高自我竞争力,从创业培训、创业资金、创业场所、创业政策给予宣传和落实是提升自主创业水平的重要途径。

The literature material method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis method are used in this paper to investigate self-employment situation among 944 fine arts students from 10 colleges in Fujian province.Research shows that the fine arts students show high degree of participate for self-employment,circumscribed innovation program,fewer work experiences and absent relevant acknowledge and ability.The improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education,enhance self competitiveness,advertise and implement enterprise training,enterprise place and enterprise policy are main tactics for promoting self-employment level.
