中国基础教育现代化的六个关键问题被引量：6

摘要基础教育的现代化对于中国教育的现代化、对于建设教育强国发挥着先导性和基础性作用。推进中国基础教育现代化,目前迫切需要解决六个关键问题:在教育目标上要"升级换代",要培养具有现代精神的21世纪现代人;在教育体系上要补上英才教育短板,构建完善的英才教育体系;在课程内容上要"优化结构",与升级后的教育目标精准对接;在教学方式上要推进"教学民主",让课堂充满生机与活力;在教育管理实践中要推进科学管理、民主管理和依法管理,其中推进民主管理最为关键;在教师队伍现代化建设上要加快教师队伍的"专业化"进程,当务之急是解决教师数量严重短缺问题。
