丁香挥发油的提取动力学过程及其抑菌活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过测定丁香挥发油的提取动力学曲线,为丁香挥发油的工业提取提供指导。通过测定不同加热温度、药液比、粉碎程度下的提取率进行单因素考察,研究不同单因素下的提取动力学,进行曲线拟合,并对其抑菌活性进行初步研究。丁香挥发油最佳提取工艺为加热温度280℃、药液比1∶15、不粉碎。拟合所得的"温度-提取率"曲线为y=-0.0001x+0.0222(R^2=0.9694),同时发现丁香挥发油具有较强的抑菌活性。通过丁香挥发油提取工艺优化及其提取动力学研究可以为其工业化提取提供指导,对其抑菌活性的研究表明其在抑菌产品开发方面具有广阔的应用前景。 The extraction kinetics of different reaction conditions were studied by different factors such as different heating temperature,liquid ratio and pulverization degree,and the antibacterial activity was studied preliminarily.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:heating temperature 280℃,liquid ratio 1:15,no crushing.The temperature-extraction rate curve was y =-0.0001 x+0.0222(R^2=0.9694),and it was found that the volatile oil of clove had strong antibacterial activity.The extraction process of volatile oil from clove and its extraction kinetics can provide guidance for its industrial extraction.The research on its antibacterial activity shows that it has broad application prospects in the development of antibacterial products.
