The Craftsmanship of Traditional Diet in Xianyang from the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage

咸阳作为中国历史上第一个封建王朝——秦王朝的都城,具有深厚的文化积淀和悠久的历史底蕴。在当前全国"非遗热"的大背景下,从非遗的视野来看,咸阳的传统饮食制作技艺有着独特的考究与审美取向,分析现状,对其开发与保护提出了一些展望,以期对咸阳非物质文化遗产的传承、保护起到一定的借鉴和促进作用。

Xianyang,as the capital of first feudal dynasty（Qin Dynasty）in Chinese history,has a deep cultural accumulation and a long history.Under the background of ＂intangible cultural heritage fever＂ in the country at present,Xianyang traditional diet has unique craftsmanship and aesthetic orientation from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage.Through analyzing the current situation,some prospects for its development and protection are put forward.This will serve as a reference and promotion for the inheritance and protection of Xianyang＇s intangible cultural heritage.
