摘要 随着自主招生、对口招生、中高职衔接等多种形式招生政策的实施,高职院校生源组成更加多样化。学生基础参差不齐,给教学带来了很大的冲击。本文从分层教学、改革考试评价方法、立体化教材开发三方面进行探讨,积极探索在生源多样化特征下提高高职院校教学水平和质量的方法与途径。 With the implementation of the enrollment policy in various forms,such as independent enrollment,counterpart enrollment and middle and higher vocational school convergence,the composition of students in higher vocational colleges has become more diversified.The uneven foundation of students has brought a great impact on teaching.The methods and ways are discussed to improve the teaching level and quality of higher vocational colleges from three aspects:stratified teaching,reform of examination evaluation methods and the development of stereoscopic teaching materials.
