多元主体参与公共体育服务已成为我国公共体育服务的发展趋势。当前我国公共体育服务多元供给实践中,普遍存在多元主体利益冲突严重、公共体育服务财政支出有限、政府公共精神不足、市场和社会力量薄弱等现实困境。从治理角度出发,应积极促成平等合作的多元主体关系,构建完善的政府责任体系,培育多元主体力量,以达成多元主体共同治理的良好格局。

In the practice of multi-supply of public sports service in China, there were many practical predicaments, such as serious conflicts of interests among multi-subject, limited financial expenditure on public sports service, insufficient public spirit of the government, weak market and social strength currently. From the governance level, it should actively promote the multi-subject relationship of equality and cooperation, construct a perfect government responsibility system, cultivate multi-subject strength, so as to achieve a good pattern of multi-subject co-governance.
