大学生家庭功能与体育锻炼态度的关系研究

Research on Relationship between Student's Family Function and Physical Exercise Attitude

目的旨在探讨大学生家庭功能与其锻炼态度的关系,为进一步实现学校、家庭以及社会三方对大学生身心健康和体质的良好交互作用。方法采用《家庭功能量表》与《锻炼态度量表》对341名在校大学生进行问卷调查。通过对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果 1)大学生不同性别,不同年级,不同住址在家庭功能和体育锻炼态度的各个维度存在显著性差异;2)家庭功能与体育锻炼态度存在显著正相关,家庭功能对大学生体育锻炼态度有明显预测力,角色、情感介入、行为控制、总的功能(R2=0.092,0.142,0.202,0.132;p<0.01)。结论家庭功能中角色、情感介入、行为控制、总的功能及能够有效预测大学生行为意向和情感。

Objective To explore the relationship between college students＇ family function and their exercise attitudes and to further realize the good interaction between the school, family and society on the physical and mental health and physical fitness of college students. Methods A total of 341 undergraduates were surveyed by using ＂Family Function Scale＂ and ＂Exercise Attitude Scale＂, and the collected data were analyzed through the description, correlation analysis and stratified regression. Results 1）College students have different degrees of impact on the dimensions of family work and physical activity attitude in different gender, grade and address. 2）There was a significant positive correlation between the attitude of physical exercise and family function, which had obvious predictive power on the attitude of college students to physical exercise. 3）Communication and problem solving could effectively predict behavior intention and emotion experience （R2 =0.092,0.142,0.202,0.132;p 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The role of family function, affective intervention, behavior control and general function can effectively predict college students＇ behavior intention and emotion.
