摘要
太极柔力球是一项极具民族特色的新兴体育运动项目,习练太极柔力球,可对身心发展提供很好的促进作用。当代大学生由于课业压力与不良生活习惯,导致体质健康呈现逐年下滑的趋势。将太极柔力球引入大学校园,丰富课余生活的同时还能促进大学生健康发展,同时对这一过程面临的问题提出对策,为今后相关研究提供参考意见。
Taiji softball is a new sport with unique national features. Practicing Taiji softball could promote residents' physical and mental development. The physical health of contemporary college students is declining year by year because of the pressure of schoolwork and bad living habits. The introduction of Taiji softball into university campus can enrich the after-school life and promote healthy development of college students. At the same time, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to the problems faced in this process, and provides reference for future research.
