摘要 研究了一种绳牵引动平台的工作运动情况,对于八杆机构的杆组,主要采用了MATLAB编程的形式,对其进行了尺寸参数的设计、计算分析和运动仿真,通过以上箱板的摆角为求解条件,得出了八杆机构的EF杆最佳杆长。得出随着设EF杆长的增加,箱板的最大翻转角度亦逐渐增加的结论,但增加速度逐渐放缓,由于EF杆易于拆卸,因此可通过在适当范围内改变EF的长度,来使得上箱板有一个合适的最大摆角。结合所用液压缸的行程,选取了EF的最佳杆长为0. 55 m。 The working movement of a rope traction platform is mainly studied. For the rod group of the eight bar mechanism, the form of MATLAB programming is mainly used. The design, calculation analysis and motion simulation of the size parameters are carried out. The optimum rod length of the eight bar linkage is obtained through the solving condition of the swing angle of the above eight bar. It is concluded that with the increase of the length of the EF bar, the maximum turning angle of the box is also gradually increased, but the increase speed is gradually slowing down. As the EF rod is easy to disassemble, the length of the EF can be changed in the appropriate range, so that the upper box board has a suitable maximum swing angle. Combined with the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, the optimum length of EF is 0.55 m.
