基于PLC的自动浇口剪切系统设计

摘要 为适应注塑业规模化生产,改善工人工作环境,将原先由人工剪切汽车仪表盘注塑件浇口的生产方案进行改造,提出了一种采用工业机器人代替人取件、自动剪浇口的生产方案。该方案设计一套具有和机器人协同自动剪切浇口的设备,包括ABB-IRB6650S型工业机器人、专用手爪、西门子S7-200PLC等。首先装有专用手爪的机器人以一定的速度去抓取注塑件,接着将注塑件搬运至剪切模块处,PLC控制剪切模块的运行以补偿机器人的行程不足,并能够根据浇口方向调整注塑件位置自动剪切浇口。经实践应用在生产线上,能够完成预定任务,提高生产效率。 In order to adapt to the injection molding industry scale production and to improve the work- ing environment of workers, the original production plan by artificial cut off the car dashboard injection gate was upgraded and a new production program of industrial robots to replace people and automatic cutting gate is put forward. The program is designed with a set of equipment to automatically remove the gates from the robot and can automatically adjust the position of the injection parts according to the gate direction, which includes ABB-IRB6650S industrial robots, special grippers, and Siemens S7-200 PLC. First, robots equipped with special grippers are used to grap the injection parts at the set speed, and then the injection parts are transferred to the cutting module. The PLC controls the operation of the cutting module to compensate for the insufficient stroke of the robot and can adjust the injection parts according to the gate direction to cut the gate automatically. The practice proves that the proposal can accomplish the intended task, improve the production efficiency and promote the further development of the injection molding industry.
