摘要
将部分水解聚丙烯酰胺与预交联凝胶颗粒结合在一起,形成了粘性悬浊液体系(VSS)。分析了VSS的稳定性、增粘性、注入性、改善分流性和驱油效果。结果表明:VSS较聚合物溶液能形成更高的阻力系数和残余阻力系数。VSS调整分流率的过程是动态的、持续的,这一点与纯聚合物溶液不同。并联模型驱油实验表明:注纯聚合物水溶液提高采收率17. 45%,注VSS提高采收率20. 25%,后者较前者高2. 8%。
A viscous suspension system (VSS) was formed by combining some hydMyzed polyacrylamide with precrosslinked gel particles. The stability of VSS, viscosity, injection, improved shunt and oil displacement was analyzed. The results show that VSS can form higher resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient than polymer solution. The process of VSS adjusting diversion rate is dynamic and continuous, which is different from pure polymer solution. The experimental results show that the polymer flooding can improve recovery rate by 17.45% , and the VSS flooding can improve recovery rate by 20.25% , and the latter is 2.8 % more than the former.
