On the philosophical thinking of Party's political building for a new era

新时代党的政治建设必须提高党员干部的哲学思维,以战略思维把方向,抓住党的政治建设的根本性、全局性、长远性问题;以系统思维想问题,搞清党的政治建设的目标系统、制度体系和动力系统;以辩证思维抓大事,悟透政治发展与政治稳定、政治权力与政治权利、品德建设与能力建设的辩证法;以底线思维定边界,做到政治信仰不能丢、政治忠诚不能缺、基本路线不能偏、首要任务不能忘、纪律规矩不能破、执政本领不能弱、政治现代化不能停。

The political building of the Party for a new era should try to improve the philosophical think- ing of the Party cadres, take the direction of strategic thinking and grasp the fundamental, general and long-term problems of the Party＇s political building. We should tackle the problems in a systematic way to clear up the target system, institution system and power system of the Party＇s political construction. Dialectical thinking should be adopted to catch up with the big issues and fully understand the relations of the dialectics of political development and political stability, political power and political rights, moral construction and capacity building. We need to set boundaries for the bottom-line thinking so as to lose no political beliefs, lack no political loyalty, deviate no basic lines, forget no primary tasks, break no discipline rules, weaken no governing skills, and stop no political modernization.
