大历史背景下的地域文化书写——评长篇小说《驴长老》

The writing of regional culture under the great historical background On the novel A Highly Respected Elder Donkey

长篇小说《驴长老》描绘了从清末民初到中华人民共和国成立将近半个世纪动荡历史中怀川故地的政治风云、社会风貌和人际悲欢,小说具有厚重的历史感,也呈现出鲜明的地域文化色彩。文章从三个方面对小说中的地域文化书写进行了详细梳理,进而肯定了其在丰富河南地域文化书写与弘扬中原文化精神上的重要意义。与此同时,也较为中肯地指出了《驴长老》在地域文化书写中的局限性,并由此出发对地域文化书写的相关问题进行了探讨。

The novel A Highly Respected Elder Donkey describes the politics, society and people of Huaichuan area in the turbulent period of late Qing Dynasty to the founding of new China. It is full of sense of history and also with striking regional cultural characteristics. This paper studies the writing of regional culture in this novel from three perspectives and affirms its significance in enriching the regional culture writing in Henan and promoting the cultural spirit of the Central Plain. In addition, this paper points out the limitations in this novel and discusses some issues related with the writing of regional culture.
