新媒体时代高校学生思想政治工作面临的挑战与应对策略

The challenges and countermeasures for the ideological work of college students in the era of new media

新媒体具有信息传播速度快、多元化、虚拟化等特点,为高校学生思想政治工作提供了新的途径与平台。基于已有相关研究成果,通过对90后大学生的特征、信息时代新媒体的特点及其发展趋势进行探究,分析了新媒体时代高校学生思想政治工作面临的机遇与挑战,提出了应对策略,并结合具体案例对工作效果进行了论证。

The new media is characterized by the fast speed, diversity and virtualization of information spreading, expanding new pathway and plattorm tot ideological work of college students but also bringing serious challenges. This paper, based on results of previous research , first analyzes the characteristics of college students born in the 1990s and the development trend of new media in the intormation age. Then the opportunities and challenges of college students＇ ideological and political work under the condition of new media are studied, and the corresponding coping strategies are also put forwarded. Finally, discussing specific cases, the effect of coping strategies are demonstrated.
