城市社区老人精神关爱的现状检视、发展痛点与服务策略

The Current Situation Inspection and Development Pain Points of Spiritual Care for the Elderly in Urban Communities and the Strategies for Coping with Them

社区为老服务中的精神关爱存在主体缺位、行动错位和方式刻板三类问题。社区对老人精神关爱的发展痛点包括缺少政策支持、缺少老年人精神需求的实证调查、缺少保障资源和缺少职业应对。提出制度性纳入为着力点保障工作要素就位、标准化建设为切入点提升社区精神关爱的服务质量、职业化建设为关键点提高社区精神关爱的专业服务能力、市场化参与为支撑点实现社区精神关爱的服务主体多元、以"互联网+"为助力点创新社区精神关爱的工作服务方式是解决问题与消解痛点的应对策略。

There are three kinds of problems in the spiritual carefor the elderly in urban community：the absence of subject, the dislocation of action and therigidity of manner.The development pain points of community spiritual care forthe elderly include lack of policy support, lack of empirical investigation on the mental needs of the elderly,lack of security resources and lack of professional coping.This paper puts forward that institutional inclusion should be the key point to ensure the working elements in place,standardization construction should be the starting point to improve the service quality of community spiritual care,professionalization construction should be the key point to improve theprofessional service ability of community spiritual care,and market participation should be the support point to realize the diversification of service subjects of community spiritual care, and the work service mode of “Internet ＋＂ as thehelp point to innovate the community spiritual care are the coping strategies for solving problems and eliminating pain points.
