成都空港经济发展战略风险及应对策略研究

Research on Strategic Risks of the Development of Chengdu Airport Economy and Coping Tactics

空港,是成都成功打造西部国际门户枢纽城市的核心要件。发展空港经济,是成都建设全面体现新发展理念国家中心城市的重要支撑。但有空港,并不必然会形成空港经济。因此,推进成都空港经济发展,需要有前瞻性的战略风险意识。论文从影响空港经济发展的关键变量入手,结合成都实际预判性地分析了成都空港经济发展可能面临的六大风险,并针对风险提出了应对风险的策略建议。

The airport is the core element of Chengdu＇ s successful construction of the international hub city in south- west China. The development of airport economy is an important support for Chengdu to construct a national central city which fully reflects the novel concept of development. However, a city having airport does not mean the formation of airport economy. Therefoer,it is required a consciousness of strategic risks prior to the promotion of development of Chengdu air- port economy. Starting with the key variants affecting the development of airport economy and combining with Chengdu re- alities, in this paper, we analyze the six most likely risks that could be faced in the development of Chengdu airport econo- my, and we also provide a series of suggestions to deal with these risks.
