实现高质量发展,是党的十九大提出的一项重大战略举措,是适应我国社会主要矛盾变化,促进经济发展质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的必然要求。推动高质量发展,必须破除旧的思想观念和工作导向,不能再唯GDP;要坚持新发展理念,坚持创新驱动发展,深化供给侧结构性改革,推进产业结构转型升级,建设现代化经济体系,努力实现供给、需求、配置、投入产出、收入分配和经济循环的高质量,从而推动经济在新的层次和高度上持续健康发展。

Achieving high-quality development is both a major strategic move proposed by the 19th CPC national congress and an inevitable requirement to adapt to the changes of major social contradictions in China, to promote the transformation of economic development quality, efficiency and power, and to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. To promote the high-quality development, it is necessary to break the old ideology and orientation, to adhere to the new concept of development and innovation-driven development, to deepen supply-side structural reform, to promote transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and construction of modern economic system, to achieve high quality of supply, demand, configuration, input and output, income distribution and economic cycle, so as to promote the economy in the sustained and healthy development at the new level and height.
