摘要 分析了电石炉净化除尘灰的理化性质;详细介绍了净化灰用于炭材烘干燃料的工艺流程,该工艺主要包括5部分——净化灰收集系统、净化灰管道输送系统、净化灰存储系统、净化灰焚烧系统、焚烧灰回收系统;阐述了净化灰焚烧产生的环保效益和经济效益。 The physicochemical properties of calcium carbide furnace dedusting ash were analyzed The process flow of using the ash as fuel for drying charcoal was introduced m detail. The process was mainly comprised of five parts: ash collection system, ash transportation pipeline system, tem, ash incineration system, and recovery system for ash formed in incineration.
