摘要
通过单片轧制、包覆钢板多片叠轧和多片直接氩弧焊接叠轧三种轧制形式生产了TC4钛合金薄板,对比研究了三种工艺生产TC4薄板的优劣、工艺过程及产品性能,并研究了叠轧片层间不同润滑剂对TC4钛合金叠轧板材表面质量的影响,获得了适用于超塑成形的TC4薄板轧制工艺。
The TC4 titanium alloy sheet was produced by three kinds of rolling methods: single sheet rolling, clad steel plate multi-sheet stacked rolling and multi-sheet direct argon arc welding stacked rolling. The advantages and disadvantages,process and properties of TC4 sheet produced by the three rolling processes were compared. The effect of different lubricants between laminates on the surface quality of TC4 titanium alloy laminated sheet was studied. The TC4 sheet rolling process suitable for superplastic forming was obtained.
