汽轮机叶片热锻模具堆焊层组织与力学性能

摘要 采用JX07和JX08焊条对汽轮机叶片热锻模具5CrNiMo钢进行堆焊修复试验,对堆焊试样的组织和力学性能进行分析。结果表明,采用JX08过渡和JX07盖面获得的堆焊接头,一方面保持了近表面的硬度,另一方面又保证了堆焊接头的结合强度,不仅仅可以修复裂纹和磨损,还能很大程度上提升热锻模具整体使用寿命。 The surfacing repairing experiments of hot-forging steel 5 CrNiMo of steam turbine blade were carried out with JX07 and JX08 electrode. The microstructure and mechanical properties of surfacing samples were analyzed. The results show that the surfacing joint using JX08 electrode as transition layer and JX07 as cover layer maintains the hardness near the surface on the one hand, and ensures the bonding strength on the other hand. It can not only repair the crack and abrasion, but also improve the service life of hot-forging die.
