汽车零件用低压铸造A356合金的摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 使用3种不同的浇注温度进行了汽车零件用A356合金的低压铸造试验,并进行了室温和高温摩擦磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,随浇注温度从680℃提高到720℃,A356合金的室温和高温磨损量先减小后增大;在浇注温度为700℃时,试样的室温和高温摩擦磨损性能最好。汽车零件用低压铸造A356合金的浇注温度优选为700℃。 The low pressure casting tests of A356 alloy for automobile parts were carried out by using three different pouring temperatures. And the friction and wear properties at room temperature and high temperature were tested and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature from 680℃ to 720℃ the wear amount of the A356 alloy at room temperature and high temperature firstly decrease and then increase. When the pouring temperature is 700 ℃,the friction and wear properties of the samples at room temperature and high temperature are the best. The optimized pouring temperature of low pressure casting of A356 alloy for automobile parts is 700 ℃.
