摘要
高强度低合金钢在冷冲压过程中会出现回弹缺陷。使用某钢企研发的700 MPa级高强度低合金钢板进行了U形件冷冲压成形。为了提高回弹预测的准确性,采用有限元模拟和响应面相结合的方法进行了回弹分析。基于响应面法建立了响应面模型,得到了减少回弹的最佳工艺参数组合。结果表明:对于5 mm厚的700 MPa级高强度低合金钢板,摩擦系数0.20、压边力80 kN时,且压边力施加方式采取成形前期小后期大的加载方式,可以获得较小回弹值的板料。
Springback defects appear in cold stamping of high strength low alloy steel. The cold stamping of U-shaped parts was carried out by using 700 MPa grade high strength low alloy steel plate developed by a steel enterprise. In order to improve predict the accuracy of springback prediction, the springback analysis was carried out by combining finite element simulation with response surface. The response surface model was established based on the response surface method, and the optimal combination of process parameters to reduce springback was obtained. The results show that for the 700 MPa grade high strength low alloy steel plate with thickness of 5 mm, when the friction factor is 0.20 and the blank holder force is 80 k N,and the blank holder force application mode is firstly small and then large in the forming, the small springback value of the sheet can be obtained.
