摘要
使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立模块化小堆中Inconel690/321异种金属接头的二维有限元模型,模拟其焊接过程的温度场和应力场,获得了焊接接头的残余应力分布。结果表明,焊缝根部产生较大的径向残余压应力,而径向残余拉应力主要集中在焊缝外表面;环向残余拉应力集中分布于最后一道焊缝及紧邻两侧,拉应力值低于材料的抗拉强度;距离焊缝较远的母材的残余应力几乎为0。
The two-dimensional finite element model of Inconel690/321 dissimilar welded joint in small modularized reactor was established, and the temperature field and stress field in the welding process were simulated by using ANSYS finite element analysis software, and the residual stress distribution of the welded joint was obtained. The results show that large radial residual compressive stress is produced at the weld root, while the radial residual tensile stress is mainly concentrated on the outer surface of the weld. The circumferential residual tensile stress is concentrated on the weld and adjacent sides of the last bead, and the tensile stress value is lower than the tensile strength of the material. The residual stress of the base metal far away from the welding seam is almost 0.
