摘要
焊接后焊接构件存在一定的变形,需要进行调修以减少变形。对4 mm厚6A01-T5铝合金中空大截面型材进行了搅拌摩擦焊,然后对接头区域进行了火焰调修处理,研究了在不同调修次数下搅拌摩擦焊接头的显微组织及力学性能。研究有助于在实际生产中优选合适的调修方案。
After welding, the welded component has certain deformation and it needs to be adjusted to reduce deformation. The 6 A01-T5 aluminum alloy hollow large section profile with thickness of 4 mm was welded by using friction stir welding(FSW). Then, the area of welded joint were flame adjusted. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the FSW joint with different adjustment times were studied. The study is helpful to select the appropriate adjustment scheme in actual production.
