ZGMn13-2/45Mn异种材料焊缝开裂的防止措施

摘要 通过对湿喷机部件法兰管中ZGMn13-2与45Mn焊缝裂纹产生的原因分析,根据两种材料的焊接工艺性特点,提出了防止ZGMn13-2与45Mn焊缝开裂的工艺措施,保证了法兰管的焊接质量。 Through cause analysis of ZGMn13-2/45 Mn weld cracking of the flange tube on a wet spraying machine,technical measures were proposed to prevent the ZGMn13-2/45 Mn weld cracking based on the weldability of ZGMn13-2 and45 Mn, which ensured welding quality of the flange tube.
