摘要
HRB400E热轧带肋钢筋表面出现纵向小裂纹。对其进行了理化检验分析。结果表明,化学成分、力学性能均符合要求,HRB400E钢筋表面裂纹主要是由连铸坯中的角部裂纹和中心裂纹遗传引起的。连铸坯断面处存在较严重的角部裂纹和中心裂纹,其原因是裂纹附近存在大量夹杂物。
The longitudinal small cracks on the surface of HRB400 E hot rolled steel bar with ribs occur. The physical and chemical tests were carried out. The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the requirements. The surface crack of HRB400 E steel bar is mainly caused by the inheritance of corner crack and center crack in continuous casting slab. There are serious corner cracks and central cracks in the section of continuous casting billet, which is due to the existence of a large number of inclusions near the cracks.
