桥梁上部结构的预制梁安装方法较多,如自行式吊机架设法、简易型钢导梁架设法、联合架桥机架设法、双导梁架桥机架设法、跨墩龙门架架设法等,各种方法需根据工程实际情况因地制宜地选择。结合广西百色—靖西高速公路工程巴更大桥,在桥梁一侧设置预制梁场,预制梁采用提升站结合双导梁架桥机架桥的施工技术,有效解决了山岭地区桥梁建设预制梁场布置困难、交通运输不便的施工难题。
