摘要
以北京市通州区地下暗涵紧邻新建综合管廊并上穿地铁顶进施工为工程背景,分析暗涵顶进过程因卸载地铁上方土体压力和暗涵受单侧偏压状态下对地铁结构、综合管廊和暗涵线位的影响,通过采取袖阀管注浆、衡重顶进、侧向超挖、顶进姿态提前调控和调整取土方式等控制措施,保证了地铁线路安全运营,保护了管廊结构,并顺利完成暗涵顶进施工。
Based on the jacking construction activities of a buried concealed culvert that is close to utility tunnel and crossing above subway structures, this paper analyzes the influence of the jacking process on the subway structure and the utility tunnel, and introduces the key process of the weighing jacking, the over-excavation, the embedded guide and the sleeve valve tube grouting.
