摘要
利用当地电厂丰富的粉煤灰、煤渣和脱硫石膏3种固体废弃物资源研制绿色轻质建筑砂浆。在单因素试验研究的基础上,固定材料配合比中煤渣的质量分数,设计正交试验,探索利用煤渣、粉煤灰和脱硫石膏研制绿色建筑砂浆的可行性。结果表明,用电厂粉煤灰、煤渣和脱硫石膏3种主要固体废弃物,掺加少量的水泥和石灰可制备出28d抗压强度变化范围为1.23~14.48MPa、28d自然表观密度变化范围为1.370~1.617g/cm^3的绿色、轻质建筑砂浆。
This paper introduces that three kinds of solid waste resources(including rich fly ash, cinder and desulphurization gypsum) of local power plant are used to develop green lightweight building mortar. On the basis of single factor experiment, mass fraction of the cinder is fixed, orthogonal test is designed, the authors explore the feasibility of using cinder, fly ash and desulphurization gypsum to develop green building mortar. The results show that using fly ash, cinder and desulphurization gypsum, adding a small amount of cement and lime can prepare the green light mortar whose compressive strength of 28 d is in the range of 1.23-14.48 MPa, natural apparent density of 28 d is in the range of 1.370 -1.617 g/cm^3.
