水足迹视角下水资源利用效率空间分异分析——以长江经济带为例

Spatial Variability Analysis of Water Resources Utilization Efficiency under Water Footprint Perspective——Case Study in Yangtze River Economic Belt

基于探索性空间数据分析技术（ESDA）与泰尔熵（Theil）指数,构建流域-区域-省域的跨尺度空间分异特征分析框架,以长江经济带11省市2013年截面数据为例开展实证研究,阐明区域水资源利用效率的空间分异特征。研究表明：长江经济带各省市的水足迹强度具有显著的空间分异特征,上中下游分显递减、平缓、波动特征。从省域尺度来看,长江经济带的水足迹强度无明显空间集聚现象。长江经济带水足迹强度的空间分异性主因源于区域内差异。为促进经济社会空间均衡发展,提升水资源利用效率,建议缩小长江经济带区域内水足迹强度差异。

Through the method of ESDA and Theil index,this paper builds watershed-regional-provincial spatial differentiation analysis framework. It Takes 2013 provincial cross-section data of Yangtze river economic belt to do empirical research and elucidate the spatial differentiation of water use efficiency. Result shows that： Water footprint intensity has obvious spatial dissimilarity. Upper reaches is decreasing; The middle is flat; The downstream is fluctuating. There is no obvious spatial aggregation of water footprint intensity on provincial level. Spatial dissimilarity of water footprint intensity is mainly due to the differences within the region. Improve the efficiency of water usage to promote the balanced development of economy and society,should focus on narrowing the difference within the region.
