摘要
为了解贵州省猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)新流行毒株的遗传变异情况。本试验对贵州省2017年6月采集20份腹泻样本进行PEDV检测,并选取其2株PEDV M基因进行克隆和遗传进化分析,取名为GZFQ06-2017。结果显示,贵州省PEDV M基因与GenBank公布的26株参考序列(除韩国毒株SM98)的核苷酸相似性为94. 0%~95. 2%,与中国福建CH/FJZZ-9/201毒株和中国海南CH/HNQX-3/14毒株核苷酸相似性最低,为94. 0%,与中国江苏SQ2014毒株核苷酸相似性最高,为95. 2%;从遗传进化树可以看出,除韩国毒株SM98外,2017年6月贵州省PEDV流行毒株GZFQ06-2017与韩国疫苗株Attenuated DR13、中国江苏SQ2014和中国四川SC1402毒株同在一分支上,其亲缘关系较近,与中国湖北CH-hubei-2016和中国云南CH/YNKM-8/2013亲缘关系较远。
In order to understand the genetic variation of new endemic strains of Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) in Guizhou Provice, we collected 20 samples of diarrhea from farms in Guizhou Provice in june,2017. We selected 2 PEDV M genes for cloning and genetic evolution analysis, which was named GZFQ06 -2017. The results showed that the nucleotide similarity of PEDV M genes with the GenBank published 26 reference sequences was 94.0% - 95.2%, with the exception of south Korean strain SM98. The nucleotide similarity between the CH/FJZZ - 9/201 strain of Fujian and the CH/HNQX - 3/14 Hainan were the lowest in China, which is 94.0%. The nucleotide similarity with the SQ2014 strain of Jiangsu was the highest in China , which is 95.2%. The genetic evolutionary tree analysis showed that the PEDV epidemic strain GZFQ06 -2017 in Guizhou province was in the same branch with the Korean vaccine strain. The Chinese Jiangsu SQ2014 and Sichuan SC1402 were closely related. The relationship between the Hubei CH_ hubei. 2016 and the Yunnan CH/YNKM -8/2013 was far away in China.
